We are a family owned and operated business located in Beavercreek, Ohio. Clemens Companies operates as R.M. Clemens Company, Clemens Properties, and Clemens Development.
Clemens Properties has built and developed condo sites, apartment buildings, and small commercial buildings such as child care centers, barber shops, and dance studios. These projects have been located in the Dayton area, Germantown, Columbus, Ohio and lakefront Condo’s in Norris Lake located near Knoxville, Tennessee.
Our mission is to give our customers the home they have always dreamed of. We maintain close relationships with our customers through personalized service. We stay directly involved one on one with our customers during each project to ensure their vision is met.
Clemens Development Company has the vision to take a raw piece of land and turn it into one of the area’s finest communities. The communities of Autumn Springs, Ashland Hills, The Colony, and Arlington Place are located in the Beavercreek area while our latest community Highview Terrace is located in Bellbrook.
