Rick & Laura Clemens
Owners / President / Secretary
Rick started in the construction field at a young age, which led Rick and Laura to open their own building company in 1984. With hard work and dedication their business began to flourish.
As time passed and their children grew; they added a new adventure: Primrose Schools. This new business has allowed Rick and Laura to extend their quality building and development companies to additional cities.
Luke & Ashley Clemens
Vice President / Columbus Project Manager
Luke and his wife, Ashley, are graduates of Miami University. Luke earned a B.S. in Health & Sports Studies with a minor in Business and Ashley earned a B.S. in Education.
Luke oversees all the building of new structures and any additional projects in Columbus and the surrounding areas.
They have three kids, Hadley, Knox, and Nash.
Nathan & Colleen Clemens
Vice President / Dayton Project Manager
Nathan and his wife, Colleen, are graduates of Ohio University. Nathan earned a B.A. in Management, while Colleen double majored in International Studies and Spanish.
Nathan oversees all the construction of the new homes, renovations, and other building projects that are going on in the Dayton and Cincinnati area.
Colleen runs an early educational childcare facility called the Primrose School of Beavercreek. The school just celebrated its 10th birthday this year and has taught hundreds of young minds in the Dayton area.
They have four kids, Callie, Mack, Rory and Palmer.
Chad and Jamey Clemens
Vice President / Dayton Project Manager
Chad is a graduate of Ohio University and received a B.A. in Management. Chad oversees the construction of new homes, remodels and business structures that are being built in the in the Dayton, Ohio area.
Chad and his wife Jamey reside in their hometown of Bellbrook, OH. Jamey received her B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Tennessee. She runs the companies social media platforms and started her own company, Blooming House, in 2020. Blooming House is a flower farm and design company. Chad and Jamey have two children, Barrett and Willow.
Amanda and Jeremiah Webb
Office Assistant/Realtor (TN)
Amanda and her husband Jeremiah are graduates of West Virginia University. Jeremiah also received his law degree from The University of Dayton,
Amanda is a licensed Realtor in TN she also works on property identification and evaluation and assist with many other aspects of the business. Jeremiah provides legal guidance and contract support.
Amanda and Jeremiah reside in Knoxville TN and also run 2 Dogtopia franchises in the Knoxville area.
Amanda and Jeremiah have 2 young adult boys, Garrett & Greyson.
