Rick & Laura Clemens
Owners / President / Secretary
Rick started in the construction field at a young age, which led Rick and Laura to open their own building company in 1984. With hard work and dedication their business began to flourish.
As time passed and their children grew; they added a new adventure: Primrose Schools. This new business has allowed Rick and Laura to extend their quality building and development companies to additional cities.
Luke & Ashley Clemens
Vice President / Columbus Project Manager
Luke and his wife, Ashley, are graduates of Miami University. Luke earned a B.S. in Health & Sports Studies with a minor in Business and Ashley earned a B.S. in Education.
Luke oversees all the building of new structures and any additional projects in Columbus and the surrounding areas.
They have three kids, Hadley, Knox, and Nash.
Nathan & Colleen Clemens
Vice President / Dayton Project Manager
Nathan and his wife, Colleen, are graduates of Ohio University. Nathan earned a B.A. in Management, while Colleen double majored in International Studies and Spanish.
Nathan oversees all the construction of the new homes and other building projects that are going on in the Dayton area.
They have two kids, Callie and Mack.
Chad and Jamey Clemens
Vice President / Tennessee Project Manager
Chad is a graduate of Ohio University and received a B.A. in Management. Chad oversees the construction of the new homes and any additional building structures that are being built in the Knoxville, Tennessee area, including Norris Lake, located just 20 miles north of Knoxville.
Chad and his wife Jamey reside in Knoxville, Tennessee where she received her B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Tennessee. Jamey works for Altar’d State at their corporate office working as a Media Marketing Designer. They welcomed son Barrett in March 2017.
Molly Dullea
Operations Manager / Marketing
Molly is the niece of Rick and Laura, who is a graduate of Bowling Green State University; she received her B.A.in Marketing, with a focus in Media. Molly oversees office management, marketing, and client selections for Clemens Companies.
She helps to market the companies through various mediums while being a contact for the clients throughout their selection and building process. Molly and her husband Dylan reside in Kettering. Dylan is a firefighter/paramedic for Washington Township.
