With over three decades of home building experience, we’ve established some great processes to make your custom home creation a breeze.

We’re here to help make your custom dream home into a reality, and we’ve found that communication is key. This means that we’ll be working along with you every step of the way to make sure that your vision and unique needs are achieved with your new home.

We’ll get to know each other a bit, and we’re always happy to answer any of your questions as chat over what you want out of your custom home build.

Our First Meeting

In this meeting, we’ll figure out the finer details of your new home. We’ll look at any inspiration homes you’ve found, including Instagram feeds, Pinterest boards, and any magazine clippings.

We’ll work with you to fine tune every last detail to make your vision truly become a reality, including details like amish cabinetry, lighting, countertop types, and more.

Choosing Your Lot

We can build on your own lot, or in a new-build community.

Along with our trusted network of real estate pro’s and vendors, we’ll find the perfect lot that fits your needs.

Blueprinting Begins

Once we’ve decided on the details of your new home build and where it’s going to go, the blueprinting stage begins.

These completed blueprints will enable us to get up-to-date pricing from our vendors. This means that you will have the exact final cost of your new home build, with no surprises at the end.

Contracts & Permits

Before the build begins, we have to take care of the paperwork. This is when the contracts are finalized & signed, and the necessary building permits are obtained.

With several decades of experience in obtaining the proper building permits, we’re able to streamline this process and avoid headaches along the building process.

The Build Begins

You’ll work directly with Molly and your project manager throughout every step of the building process. As we progress, you’ll be kept in the loop, and we’ll schedule in the times where we need your input well ahead of time, for example the electrical placements.

We know this is an exciting time, and welcome your contribution to your new home build!

Final Walkthrough & Closing

We’ll perform a final walk-through with you and our crew to make sure that all of the final details are perfect and your vision has been fulfilled.

Then we’ll finalize closing process, gathering any necessary permits, warranties, inspections, and permits.

Your New Home Is Ready

Once all of the final steps are complete, we’ll hand deliver you the keys to your brand new custom home!

Then we’ll get out of your way so your can start moving in – but we’ll always be a phone call away if you need anything.
